USER AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions govern your use of this web site (the "Web Site") operated by OTB Ventures, LLC ("OTB"). By using this Web Site you consent and agree to these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USAGE OF THIS WEB SITE.

Shipping UPS
OTB uses the UPS online shipping calculator to estimate the cost of shipping. In most cases, the fees charged are accurate. However, for many rural areas, UPS also tacks on a rural surcharge and/or fuel surcharge. Many times OTB can absorb these costs to keep the prices low for our customers. Sometimes, however, the fees have to be passed on. OTB makes every effort to prevent this from happening, but cannot guaranteed the shipping charges will not be adjusted at the time of shipping.

Shipping USPS
OTB uses the UPS online shipping calculator to estimate the cost of shipping. For PO, APO and FPO mail boxes, the cost of shipping can be substantially greater than the estimated cost at the time of checkout. Any and all differences in shipping rates for PO, APO and FPO mail boxes will be passed on to the customer.

Returns
Returns for warranty replacement: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to OTB for a warranty replacement. The product will then be sent to the factory for inspection. If it is determined that the product is covered under warranty, OTB will immediately send a replacement. If the product has been abused or otherwise damaged, no replacement will be issued an it will be returned at the customer's expense.
Other returns: OTB will accept returns for replacement only. If an item was shipped incorrectly, OTB will pay for the return shipment, otherwise, the cost of freight, both for the return and the replacement is the sole responsiblity of the customer. Once the item(s) is received in brand new condition, a replacement will be issued. There is a minimum restocking fee of 15% for all returns other than for warranty items. An RMA must be issued before the return is made. All returns without an RMA will either be returned at the customer's expense or be sold. No credit will be issued nor will any refund be issued without and RMA.

Trademarks
OTB makes no claim of ownership to the trademarks of any manufacturer or merchant (collectively, the "Vendor") whose products are listed on this Web Site, or for any publisher or publication mentioned on this Web Site, including any goodwill that arises from the use of those trademarks.

Accuracy of Information
Product specifications and other information have either been provided by the Vendors or collected from publicly available sources. While OTB makes every effort to ensure that the information on this Web Site is accurate, we can make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on this Web Site.

OTB makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any product provided or offered by any Vendor, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any Vendor shall be at your own risk.

Mention of third-party products or services, including the use of trademarks or links to the web sites of Vendors, is for informational purposes only and constitutes neither an endorsement nor a recommendation of those Vendors.
