


Do you have everything in stock?
I maintain a very large selection of inventory. Normally, I have all of the products you find on my website, in stock, unless it is noted as being a special order item. Some items, such as the Carson siren products, may be delievered as drop shipments.
When I place my order, how long can I expect before it is shipped?
Generally, most orders are shipped on the same day the order is received if it is received before 3pm CST. For drop shipments and special orders, times can vary. Carson usually ships an order the same day it is received. Tomar can take up to two weeks to ship from the factory. If you order something is is not currently available, I will contact you and let you know when you can expect to receive your order as well as provide other options. Are you registered in the CCR for Government / Military sales?
Yes. For Government sales, I am registerd in the CCR. All Military orders are welcomed and payment by EFT is approved. Please contact me for CAGE/NCAGE and DUNS numbers as well as for RFQ's: 314-635-6501.
Do you accept purchase orders?
I accept purchase orders from bonfide government agencies as well as those firms with whom I have an established business history. If you are an individual member of a department or other government agency and wish to order through the department, you may submit a purchase order provided you also include your request on agency leterhead. All orders placed by P.O. will receive terms of Due on Delivery. Please call if you are purchasing in quantity as I do offer quantity discounts.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. If you are going to be placing a large order, please contact me for a custom quote. I welcome the opportunity to earn your business.
Will you ship outside of the USA?
Yes. I have sent many parcels to Canada and to numerous customers overseas. Contact me directly to place your order. All orders outside of the US are shipped by US Postal Mail. Insurance is optional, however, once the order is shipped, I cannot be held liable for any loss or damage due to lack of insurance when the option has been declined.
What is your return policy?

Do you accept Paypal?
I do, but only for international sales. Because of the high fees charged by this service, there is a 3% surcharge for submitting payment through this service. Credit card payment is preferred and a 2% discount is available when paying with a money order.
I would like to become a dealer, can you help me?
Yes. I do offer dealer sales. Please refer to the dealer page for information and an application. As long as you meet the minimum requirements, you may become a reseller.
Do you offer sponsorships?
Generally, the answer is no. However, if you have a project that is truely unique and interesting, you may send your proposal by email for review. The main criteria I'm looking for is how visible your project will be in the public safety sector.
