Icon FAQ
To make ordering easy, we display an icon under the order now button on each and every product page. These icons are designed to let you know if a product is in stock, if it is a special order or if it is a custom order.
 | This icon indicates that the product is normally in stock and will be shipped on the day it is ordered if the order is placed before noon CST. |
 | This icon indicates that the product is a custom order. There are one or more options required to configure and build this item. This applies to lightbars, minibars, traffic directors and any other product to be configured at the factory. These products are usually shipped directly from the factory as well. |
 | This icon indicates that the product is a special order item and normally has a short lead time for delivery. Because our product offering is so extensive, we cannot stock each and every possible combination. These products usually ship within one week. |
 | This icon indicates that the product is a special order item with a lead time longer than one week. These products usually ship directly from the factory to reduce the overall time for delivery. |
