The TOMAR UC-TDN-7 is all strobe traffic director with seven strobes. The all strobe traffic directional bar is capable of right arrow, left arrow, center out, and sweep. The power supply is mounted remotely. This strobe traffic director bar has all the intensity of a full size traditional halogen arrow board without the high amp draw or bulky size. The housing is made out of black powder coated 20 gauge steel.

I have one of these on Project Responder and it the most amazingly effective traffic director arrow bar I have ever seen or used. I have tried many other products, both halogen and led, but nothing moves traffic like this. The chasing strobe lights moving across the arrow bar are brilliant and unmistakable. There is no doubt from any distance what the signal from this arrowstick is commanding. While parked on the shoulder of the highway on several occasions, I have used only this warning signal and traffic moves over up to a mile away. It is simply amazing to witness. It's not just because it is so bright. It is because the warning signal pattern is clearly visible and there is no question what the signal is directing.

This is a very large lightbar. So I do not recommend this for use in the rear deck of small vehicles due to its size. But for full size cars and trucks, especially utility vehicles, this bar alone is all you will need to be seen and obeyed. It really is that good. If there were some way to capture the signal on video, I would do so, but because this is a strobe light, normal video cameras just cannot capture what this light can do.
