Traffic Configuration

To provide a frame of reference, we have created a few "standard" configurations to make ordering easier. This is the "Traffic" configuration. Using all of the available spaces, we have set this bar up with a combination of high power and standard power led modules, halogen take downs and led alley lights. This lightbar setup is designed for traffic duties. All Tomar Scorpion lightbars come standard with arrow patterns to the rear. This configuration takes advantage of this fact and utilizes amber led modules to the rear for traffic direction warning. The high power led modules are facing front for maximum traffic clearing action and intersection warning. This is truely a 'perfect' lightbar for departments that see a lot of traffic duties in heavy traffic volume locations. No matter what you need, Tomar clears the way.

TOMAR’s new 970L Scorpion™ lightbar maintains the rugged structure of Tomar’s previous line of lightbars but with a low profile modern look. With extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and optical Lexan light modules the 970L lightbar is built to last.
