9/4/2003 - Most of our major projects have been completed. The last big task was to add a small depression in the output shaft of the 1356 Borg Warner transfer case for the speedometer gear. Using a tungsten carbide bit in a dremel tool, we were able to get the depression hollowed out in about an hour along with half a bottle of Marvel Mystery Oil. Once we modify the battery case cover, we can get the battery enclosure buttoned up and install the rear drive shafts. The truck will be ready to roll very soon.
